An inquest will be held to determine whether or not air pollution caused a London child’s death.
Ella Kissi-Debrah, who lived near the South Circular Road in south London, died aged nine in 2013. An inquest in 2014 concluded her cause of death was acute respiratory failure as a result of a severe asthma attack.
Ella died in February 2013 after three years of seizures and 27 visits to hospital for breathing problems.
