An access control company is helping a Welsh boy develop a system that he devised to help dementia sufferers.

When Freddie Howells heard his 88-year-old great aunt Pat, who has dementia, was struggling with potentially letting strangers into her home, he wanted to do something. So Freddie developed a facial recognition, door entry and home monitoring system, the Door Pi Plus.
