Volaris will make UK parking tech firm basis of new division

Imperial Civil Enforcement Solutions has been bought by a Canadian technology group Volaris. Imperial will form the basis of a newly established parking and traffic management division, or “vertical”, within Volaris. 

Existing Volaris verticals include agri-food, bio sciences, banking and credit unions, healthcare, justice, retail, property valuation and people transportation.
