Number of private PCNs could hit 8.6 million, says RAC Foundation

Private parking firms are on course to issue nearly two million more tickets on private land in this financial year compared with last year, a rise of more than a quarter, predicts the RAC Foundation.

The motoring research organisation has analysed data from the DVLA that shows that during the first half of 2019-20 car parking management companies requested 4.32 million sets of vehicle keeper records.
