A private self-ticketing parking company allowed a parking charge notice (PCN) to be issued without proper checks being carried out, an undercover BBC investigation has found.
All Parking Services UK sent warning signs to journalists from BBC Wales’ X-Ray programme without carrying out identity checks.
The firm has been suspended by the DVLA, meaning it can no longer access vehicle keeper information, and the British Parking Association (BPA) is investigating.
