One plastic bag will equate to 5p against the price of parking at CitiPark’s Merrion Centre and Leeds Dock car parks

CitiPark is allowing motorists to pay for parking using plastic bags in Leeds during October. The operator launched its ‘Pay for Parking with Plastic’ recycling scheme at the Merrion Centre last year. The 2018 recycling scheme saw customers receive 20p off their parking for every 500ml plastic bottle brought to the car park.
