Civil enforcement officers are now patrolling the streets of West Sussex coastal towns on electric bikes. NSL, which is contracted by a partnership between Adur and Worthing councils to enforce on-street and off-street parking across their areas, has invested in the e-bikes as an alternative to petrol scooters.
