LCP has bought the Pavilion shopping centre in Thornaby-on-Tees, which sits on on the North Yorkshire-County Durham border.
The Pavilion comprises is anchored by an Asda and Lidl. Other occupiers include Wilko, Boyes, Home Bargains, Boots and Iceland, as well as the Golden Eagle Hotel. It is also home to the town’s library and a leisure centre.
The centre has about 700 car parking spaces and is located close to the A66 and A19.
