Call to improve enforcement of Blue Badge scheme

The enforcement of the Blue Badge scheme by local authorities should be made a statutory obligation, recommends a report on improving accessibility for disabled graduates by the think-tank Demos. 

The report authors also want to see disabled people’s organisations involved in the planning and design of transport infrastructure and parking schemes.
