Residents and visitors to the Leicestershire towns of Market Harborough and Lutterworth can now use their phones to pay for parking in council-owned car parks. They can also also top up their parking time remotely if they wish to stay in town longer.
Harborough District Council has teamed up with PayByPhone to trial the phone payment option for 12 months in 16 car parks across the district. The cashless system went live on Monday 5 August.
