USL to hold car park refurbishment open day in Leeds

Refurbishment contractor USL StructureCare is holding an open day at the Wellington Street multi-storey car park in Leeds. 

The renovation project, which began in July, sees extensive concrete repairs, corrosion mitigation works, deck coatings and various other works taking place.
