On-street parking charges set to double in Lewes

East Sussex County Council is to consult on proposals to increase on-street parking fees. The price of residents’ permits and pay & display public parking are both set to rise. The public consultation will seek views on standardising the county’s on-street parking charges throughout Eastbourne, Hastings and the Lewes district.
