Swansea’s two remaining park & ride sites are to lose their bespoke buses and see staffing reduced as the city council seeks to cut costs. On the plus side, customers will be offered direct buses to more locations, including the major hospital and university campus at Singleton. The authority closed its loss-making and under-used Fforestfach P&R site in 2016. Now officers are tasked with cutting £200,000 a year from the subsidy for the sites at Fabian Way, east of the city...
