Pupils in Lewisham’s primary schools were invited to design a banner that will be used as part of a campaign against engine idling across the south-east London borough. Lewisham Council selected a design by Mehri from Haseltine Primary School to be turned into a banner and displayed around borough.
Road safety goodie bags were presented to second placed Nikita from Rathfern Primary School and third placed Polina from Hatcham Temple Grove Primary School....
