Blackburn with Darwen ‘red route’ made permanent

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is making the use of CCTV cameras to tackle dangerous parking on a key route in the town permanent.

The red route was introduced in September 2017 and imposed ‘no stopping or loading’ rules on the designated area.
