The City of Lincoln Council’s parking team were involved in preventing a woman committing suicide on 8 March.
The woman had scaled anti-climb barriers on one of the city’s car parks, and was swaying on the edge 14 floors up.
Parking supervisor Aaron Joyce and civil enforcement officer Richard Cousans went to assist colleagues who had spotted her. The police negotiating team got her down safely at 11.30pm....
