Fake disabled bays painted in parking row

Parking problems in the area have seen residents place wheelie bins and cones in spaces, according to the BBC’S Local Democracy Reporting Service.

One resident, Faisel Hamood told the BBC: “This has become like a joke, so many disability bays are popping up like mushrooms.”
