Elli Morris and Grahame Rose unveil the GroupNexus branding

CP Plus and Ranger Services have merged to become GroupNexus, with the aim of providing technology that helps landowners better serve their customers and to build stronger customer connections.

CP Plus was set up in 1991 to supply customer-focussed car park management and facilities management (FM) services.

Ranger Services has developed parking technology solutions based on automated number plate recognition (ANPR) since its launch in 2003.
