The new look of the Broadway car parks takes shape

Car parks at the Broadway shopping centre in Bexleyheath, Kent, are being refurbished by USL StructureCare. The shopping centre, which is owned by NewRiver Retail, has an annual footfall of nine million people.

USL StructureCare is acting as principal contractor on the £1m project. Property manager CBRE are the client’s contract administrator on the 21-week programme, which began in January and ends in June.
