Ashton-under-Lyne suspends phone parking after complaints from traders

A phone parking payment system introduced in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester, at the end of last year has been suspended after traders complained it was affecting business. The RingGo cashless payment system was launched in November 2018, covering 140 spaces in the town centre.
