Just who painted DIY parking bays painted on a Cambridge street?

Residents of a Cambridge housing street woke up one morining to find someone apparently had marked out on-street parking spaces using white paint. A DIY bay large enough to accommodate three cars appeared at the Orchard Park housing estate in north Cambridge.

Cambridgeshire County Council, which has responsibility for public road markings, said it was not responsible for what is an unadopted road and any action would need to be taken by the developer, which is the housing association bpha
