Just who painted DIY parking bays painted on a Cambridge street?

Residents of a Cambridge housing street woke up one morining to find someone apparently had marked out on-street parking spaces using white paint. A DIY bay large enough to accommodate three cars appeared at the Orchard Park housing estate in north Cambridge.
