Vandal jams up Dunblane P&D machines with putty

A vandal attacked most of the pay & display parking meters in the Scottish town of Dunblane by blocking their coin slots with a putty-like substance. Stirling Council said six of its eight pay & display terminals in the town were targeted between 9pm on 11 February and 10am on 12 February.
