Stoke CEO to change job after brutal attack

A Stoke-on-Trent City Council civil enforcement officer who was kicked in the face for ticketing a car that parked in a disabled bay has decided to take another job within the authority. He said he no longer wants to put his family through the worry.

Daniel Fairclough lost three teeth in the assault on The Strand in Longton, Staffordshire last August.
