The new NCP car park on Stanley Street in Salford has installed dual electric charging and disabled bays that can only be used by Blue Badge holders who are charging their electric vehicles (EVs). The idea was proposed by Helen Dolphin MBE and Libbie Bilyard, founders of the People’s Parking accreditation scheme.
