A man was ordered to pay a fine and court costs by Brighton Magistrates Court after CCTV caught him lodging a fake injury claim against Brighton & Hove Buses, in a case brought by Sussex Police.

On 5 November 2017, a bus lightly clipped a parked black Volkswagen Golf outside Whitehawk Co-Op on Whitehawk Rd. The bus driver immediately pulled over.
