Leeds City Council is the first local authority to adopt a service offered by ParkBee and RingGo that opens up staff parking areas to the general public.
The council is opening up new spaces for locals and visitors and generating incremental income from an existing barriered parking site on Swinegate, which can only be accessed via the RingGo cashless parking app.
