A child drawn to justice

Hit and run collisions that leave parked cars dented and damaged are the bane of motorists’ lives. Luckily for American student Andrew Sipowicz, a witness stepped forward to tell him who hit his Ford Mustang while parked in Buffalo, New York.

The culprit was identified in a note left on his car that read: “Bus 449 hit your car.”
