Legislation that will see a dramatic overhaul of how parking on private land is regulated and enforced took a step closer to becoming law when the Parking (Code of Practice) Bill passed its third reading in the House of Commons on 13 November. It received its first reading in the House of Lords on 26 November and is expected to gain Royal Assent by Easter.
