Croydon’s enforcement pilot scheme, developed to restrict parking and create safe pedestrian zones outside three schools in Croydon, has now been made permanent. 

The council uses an ANPR system that has been designed to operate automatically in an unattended capacity during the morning and afternoon school runs.
