Birmingham reviews parking standards

Birmingham City Council is reviewing parking standards for new developments.

The study will look at parking standards throughout the city including a literature review, engagement with stakeholders, site visits and identification of best practice in setting parking standards. 

The consultancies anticipate that the review will provide a set of evidence-based recommendations concerning the setting of new parking standards for all relevant land uses and development classes.
