New scheme boosts Dover footfall

Legal & General’s new St James retail and leisure scheme in Dover has been credited with delivering drives 60% uplift across town centre

Footfall rose Dover town centre as a whole in the three months since the opening of St James Dover, which is owned by Legal & General Investment Management, Real Assets (LGIM RA).

Springboard Footfall figures, compiled for Dover District Council, show that footfall in the town centre, excluding St James, has risen by almost 60%.
