Cotswold District Council has engaged Stripe Consulting, a specialist in car park structures, to help create a proposed multi-storey car park at the Waterloo surface parking site in Cirencester. Stripe is the lead designer on the project, providing architectural, structural and civil design services, as well as drainage, mechanical and electrical design services.
