Scots back clearer rules on private parking, says MSP

There is widespread support in Scotland for better regulation of the management of parking on private land, a consultation on proposed legislation indicates.

Respondees also want to see an independent appeals service, but do not like the idea of introducing keeper liability, the consultation reveals.
