A civil enforcement officer was dragged off his moped and assaulted by a gang of youths on a Birmingham street. The attack on CEO Charlie Weston, who works for Birmingham City Council’s contractor NSL, took place in the Alum Rock area of the city on 14 September.
Video footage of the assault shows a group of young men abusing and stamping on the CEO, including kicking him in the throat and head.
