Three teens arrested after Birmingham car-jackings

Three teenagers were arrested following a car-jacking and two attempted car robberies in the space of 30 minutes in Birmingham last month.

West Midlands Police officers flooded the Lozells area on 23 September after thieves drove off in a man’s Ford Fiesta having snatched his keys through an open window.

Roughly 15 minutes later, a motorist reported a group of men, one armed with a knife, trying to smash their way into his BMW in Melbourne Avenue before managing to drive off.
