Hertfordshire councils appoint APCOA as enforcement contractor

East Hertfordshire District Council, Stevenage Borough Council and Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council have appointed APCOA Parking (UK) as their parking management contractor.

The five-year contract, which comes into effect on 17 January 2019, covers services including the enforcement of on-street and off-street parking, car park management, introduction of a cashless payment solution, cash collection and the maintenance of pay & display machines.
