Residents in 'parking chaos' area earn £5 to rent drives

Residents living near a government office in Blackpool where there is pressure on parking have been asked if they will rent out driveways for £5 a week.

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) office has just 1,000 of its 3,000 civil servants. This leads to staff often parking on local residential streets.
