Brockton Capital, owner of the Mailbox shopping, office and lifestyle destination in Birmingham, has agreed a 35-year lease with Q-Park. 

Following a competitive tender process, Q-Park was appointed by Mailbox to manage the 687-space car park on a 24/7 basis.

Q-Park will take over the Mailbox’s car park operations from this month. It will introduce a new parking management system as well as services such as shoeshine machines, jump starter kits and complimentary umbrella and buggy...
