RSPB appeals against decision to block parking fees at Anglesey reserve

The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) has appealed against a council decision to prevent pay & display machines being installed at the South Stack on Holy Island in North Wales.

Anglesey Council’s planning committee went against the advice of officers and turned down an application to install P&D machines at Elin’s Tower and the visitor’s centre car parks at South Stack near Holyhead.
