Parking company withdraws PCN issued to ambulance

Video footage of an ambulance being issued with a parking charge notice for stopping on double-yellow lines at a supermarket has sparked a debate on social media.

The North West Ambulance Service ambulance was issued at a Tesco supermarket in Northwich, Cheshire.
