RSPB to appeal after Anglesey rejects parking meters plan for South Stack

The RSPB is appeal against Anglesey Council’s refusal of planning permission for pay & display machines at a reserve in North Wales. 

Anglesey Council’s planning committee went against the advice of officers and turned down an application install meters at Elin’s Tower and the visitor’s centre car parks at South Stack near Holyhead.
