No charges follow fatal Florida parking shooting

A man was shot and killed during an argument over a parking space in Florida, USA. However, police did not arrest the shooter because of the state's “stand your ground” statute 

The shooter, Michael Drejka, had confronted a woman who was parked in a disabled space at a convenience store. Her boyfriend Markeis McGlockton shoved Drejka to the ground, he drew a pistol and shot McGlockton once in the chest.
