Conduent completes sale of off-street parking business to Andera Partners

Conduent has completed the sale of its off-street parking business to investment firm Andera Partners. The off-street parking business includes the Conduent Multipark system in France and the UK, as well as a US airport parking business.

The sale, which was announced on 25 April, is a part of the company’s plan to divest approximately $1bn (£700m) in revenue associated with non-core assets. Conduent, which split away from Xerox, said it intends to focus on serving large enterprise...
