The University College Ghent in Belgium is now monitoring the parking occupancy in real-time to prevent abuse of the short-stay parking bays.
Parking Project Solutions (PPS) installed Nedap parking sensors in each short-stay bay on the Schoonmeersen campus. The real-time data that is collected enables the university to monitor the usage online and, if necessary, take enforcement action.
