Sheffield machine attacks cause damage costing £60k

Attacks on parking machines have cost Sheffield City Council around £60,000, a new financial report has revealed. Although the amount of cash stolen in attacks during May 2017 was relatively small, the cost of replacing the damaged machines was significant, according to a report for the audit and standards committee.
