Ealing Council is to discuss revising the pricing of residents’ parking permits to encourage the adoption of environmentally-friendly travel while deterring polluting vehicles. The parking permit reforms are proposed in a new transport strategy to be discussed by the West London council’s cabinet on 5 June.
