Basement parking area made watertight for luxury cars

A basement parking bay used to store luxury cars was the subject of a focussed waterproofing project. A section of the private car park in Camden, north London, was subject to lateral moisture ingress due to ground water collecting to the loose fill adjacent to a protruding water main. It was decided to waterproof the affected area to safeguard a number of expensive cars that are parked in nearby designated bays.
