Swindon leisure venue plans unveiled

A 900-space car park features in proposals to develop a retail, leisure and hotel scheme in Swindon, Wiltshire. Developer SevenCapital has submitted a detailed planning application for the North Star site in the town.

The £270m North Star Village scheme includes two indoor ski slopes and family snow play area, a 12-screen cinema with an IMAX screen, 10-pin bowling alley, indoor trampolining centre, food and beverage units, retail units and a 13-bed hotel and gymnasium.
