The planned renovation of a car park in Rhyl will make it more user-friendly and help attract tourists and visitors to the North Wales coastal resort. 

The £2m car park refurbishment is part of a wider regeneration of the town, which includes a council-funded £15m waterpark, restaurant and two hotels.
