German automobile giants BMW and Daimler will be pooling their urban mobility services, which means work on developing parking, car-sharing and electric vehicle charging will be shared. The companies have signed an agreement to merge their mobility services business units. The BMW Group and Daimler AG plan to combine and expand their existing on-demand mobility offering in areas such as parking, car-sharing, ride-hailing, electric vehicle charging and multi-modality.
